  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Customized or special-order items are non-returnable, unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with return instructions.
  • Once approved, securely pack your item and ship it back to the address provided.
  • After inspection, we’ll issue your refund or exchange as requested.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize your replacement or refund immediately.
